• Foobar

  Foobar is an open source media player. It's incredibly small and fast, plays everything and never crashes.

• Mozilla Firefox

  Mozilla have completely turned around the web, forcing Microsoft to re-start development on Internet Explorer just to keep up. Firefox gives a much better internet browsing experience, and I recommend trying it out.

• Open Office

  Open source replacement for Microsoft Office. Why pay for Microsoft's offering when you can get everything you need for free!

• Thunderbird

  Open source mail client - this replaces Outlook Express and does a damn good job of it too.

  The alphabet set have been supporting the burgeoning irish electronic scene for years now and their shows always provide a fascinating window into the possibilities of electronica.
