Another thoroughly enjoyable gig and many thanks to everyone who came down. Unfortunately I arrived a little late and missed quite a few of the early sets during the day. Still, I got to catch great sets from Fringe and Cignol, as well as the tail-end of Ed Devane’s “tabletop lapsteel madness”.

After the hugely successful gig with Force 10 in Dublin, the Audio Terrorists are teaming up with them again to present The Session at the Catalyst Arts Centre in Belfast.
I’m going to be playing a live set for this one and I’m really looking forward to it. Sounds like the Catalyst Arts Centre is going to be a really good space with two or possibly three rooms of fun and games.

Looks like there’s a lot of fun coming up this weekend. The Alphabet Set and Lazybird are teaming up to offer a sumptuous feast of sound on which I recommend you indulge!
Both of these collectives have impeccable taste in music and the music will be running from 4pm until midnight for the bargain price of €5.
This gig is also signalling the launch of Fringe’s new ABC Net EP – “Chairs” – which I recommend you check out.

Unconfirmed what time we’ll be playing at, but keep an eye out as we go back to back and bounce around the place in a silly silly way!
Well well. Here we are with a brand new look for Ebauche.net. The old website was stagnating and I never ever felt inclined to go into my html files and start adding information. So, I’ve thrown it all out and completely reworked the entire site.
It’s now running on Word Press, an open source content publishing tool which is absolutely rocking my professional world at the moment.
Fingers crossed this will result in a huge amount more activity from me. Obviously first up is getting a new release sorted. While I haven’t released any EP’s or albums since 2005, I’ve been keeping reasonably busy with gigs, composing music for short films, and I’ve been doing some mastering work.
I’ve just wrapped up a restoration and mastering job on some music for Invisible Agent artist Danseizure. Next up is a new album from Love Rhino.
Plenty of gigs upcoming as well, and fingers crossed I’ll get a live set recording from one of them and get it uploaded here.
